XMS Solutions Awarded Prime Contract on Missile Defense Agency SHIELD IDIQ

Henderson, NV - January 30, 2026 - XMS Solutions announced today that it has been awarded a Prime contract under the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The SHIELD contract is a $151 billion enterprise vehicle that enables MDA and other Department of Defense organizations to rapidly compete and deliver mission-critical capabilities in support of the warfighter. SHIELD emphasizes speed, agility, and innovation, leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning, digital engineering, open systems architectures, model-based systems engineering, and agile acquisition and sustainment practices.

As a small business with a cleared workforce, XMS Solutions is positioned to rapidly support SHIELD task orders across the United States. XMS delivers technical solutions in highly regulated and security-sensitive environments, with a focus on execution, compliance, and mission outcomes.
